The West has ‘inherited’ technology to local societies in the lands of their former colonies. However, the Master from advanced civilization forgets to bequeath appropriate method about technology itself, and therefore like allowing deliberately such malpractice on those advanced machines to be the main disaster in the more traditional territories. The message in this film recalls the misfortune of shifting modernity project in post-colonial countries, leaving issues about moral and ethics: Decolonization has led to the same result with the golden age of colonial itself. This film is a short version of a feature film of the same title, directed by Joâo Viana.
