With this awareness of experimentation and activism, ARKIPEL wants to explore a cinematic discourse that maps out a shared knowledge production agenda on how to build awareness of living back and forth between systems and non-systems as individuals or collectives-not only in the themes and forms, but also in revolutionary ways of production and distribution.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This theme invites the widest possible cinematic methods and interpretations in dissecting critical issues at the intersection of the private and the public.
