Sebaliknya, ia lahir dan berkembang dalam sejarah […] kata-kata memperoleh makna ketika disusun menjadi narasi. Narasi bukan sebuah sistem tertutup, melainkan sebuah penjelajahan atas pencarian, penegasan, dan pertanyaan tentang hidup itu sendiri.” Inilah filem yang menghuni ingatan kita. The relevance of talking about age in the context of film community is to encourage a film utterance that will address contemporary issues without the burden of social hierarchy. As Peransi said, “The meaning of comprehension is not a mysterious nor a pseudo existence that is embedded to a phonetics. Rather, it is born and it develops within history […] those words gain meanings when they are organized into a narrative. A narrative is not an enclosed system, rather a journey of finding, confirming, and questioning life itself.” This is a film that dwells in our memory.

It was actually awkward for the jury to arrive to a final decision regarding to this award. Some of us were surprised because the selected work was not on the top at the beginning of the discussion. But a good discussion, a real interchange of points of views and ideas, must reach this kind of results, where all the parts involved are amazed by the final decision that the entire group took.

The central matter of the discussion about this awarded film was simple: it is a very well done and too much classic documentary film. The answer –actually a question- was there, near us, but it was not easy to get. The answer was: So what? Why to push ourselves to look for some acrobatic formalism as a condition to consider a film as great?

Most of us felt in love with cinema trough adorable classic films, we enjoy coming back to them and it is charming when we can add one more to our list. So the jury decided to award a film made not for experts, a film that real audiences can find gorgeous because it is a film full of love, in fact it could be fairly be understood as a portrait of love.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]
