Tahun ini, ARKIPEL Penal Colony – 5th International Documentary and Experimental Film Festival memilih dua kurator muda di Asia untuk mengisi Program Kurator Muda Asia, menanggapi tema “Penal Colony”.

ARKIPEL membuka pendaftaran bagi perwakilan komunitas-komunitas di seluruh Indonesia, untuk menghadiri Forum Festival ARKIPEL Penal Colony. Pendaftaran ini terbuka untuk umum dan tidak dipungut biaya.
