Tahun ini, ARKIPEL Penal Colony – 5th International Documentary and Experimental Film Festival memilih dua kurator muda di Asia untuk mengisi Program Kurator Muda Asia, menanggapi tema “Penal Colony”.

ARKIPEL Penal Colony - International Documentary & Experimental Film Festival 2017 dengan bangga mengabarkan lima juri yang menentukan penghargaan bagi empat filem terbaik tahun ini.

ARKIPEL Penal Colony - 5th Jakarta International Documentary and Experimental Film Festival membuka pendaftaran untuk volunteer festival pada 21 Juli – 3 Agustus 2017.

ARKIPEL membuka pendaftaran bagi perwakilan komunitas-komunitas di seluruh Indonesia, untuk menghadiri Forum Festival ARKIPEL Penal Colony. Pendaftaran ini terbuka untuk umum dan tidak dipungut biaya.
