Dalam pelaksanaannya, penyebaran informasi kesehatan di masyarakat sering mengalami kendala. Dari persoalan minimnya ragam media yang digunakan hingga cara memastikan pemahaman masyarakat atas informasi yang disampaikan. Tahun 2013, Multi Stakeholder Forum dibentuk di tiga distrik di Papua; Sentani, Sentani Barat, dan Depapre. Forum ini beranggotakan tokoh masyarakat, seperti; kepala adat, kepala kampung, pemuka agama, kepala puskesmas, kepala distrik, dan tokoh pemerintahan. Forum ini mencoba menjembatani komunikasi antara masyarakat dengan pemerintah, terutama kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik, termasuk penyuluhan kesehatan. “Poster Hidup” merekam situasi yang terjadi terkait permasalahan kesehatan dan upaya-upaya anggota MSF sebagai media “hidup”, memberikan pemahaman mengenai kesehatan kepada masyarakat melalui peran mereka masing-masing dalam masyarakat.
In practice, dissemination of health information in the community often have constraints. The Forum was trying to bridge the communication between the community and the government, particularly the needs of good health care, including health education. “Poster Hidup” record of the situation related public healthcare problems and the efforts of members of MSF as a medium of “live”, provides insight into the health of the community through their respective roles in society.
