Gelora Purnaraga: Sebuah Kunjungan oleh Guruh Soekarnoputra
Sabtu, 11 Agustus 2018, Pameran Kultursinema #5: Gelora Purnaraga mendapat sebuah kunjungan dari Guruh Soekarnoputra. Beliau merupakan salah seorang tokoh dalam dunia seni budaya Indonesia. Beliau bersama rombongannya mengelilingi area pameran Kultursinema di Galeri Cipta III, Taman Ismail Marzuki pada sore itu. Seluruh rombongan menikmati instalasi video di ruang tengah pameran sambil sesekali menyebutkan judul-judul musik klasik yang digunakan dalam karya video tersebut.
Rombongan yang terdiri dari lima orang termasuk Guruh Soekarnoputra ini kemudian naik ke lantai dua di mana terdapat instalasi zoetrope dan kotak musik yang dibuat oleh tim Kultursinema #5. Tak ragu, rombongan pun memainkan instalasi-instalasi ruang pamer tersebut. Ketika sampai pada kotak musik, rombongan sempat bertanya tentang judul lagu pada ketiga kotak musik tersebut serta cara membuatnya. Afrian Purnama yang merupakan salah satu anggota tim Kultursinema #5 kemudian menjelaskan judul lagu serta cara pembuatan alat musik tersebut. Sebelum rombongan kembali ke lantai bawah, senandung kecil lagu Ganefo sempat terlantun dari Guruh selagi ia memainkan kotak musik tersebut.
“Saya rasa dari segi ide, baik sekali bahwa ada pameran yang mempertunjukkan hal semacam ini. Tapi karena ini mengambil tema Ganefo, mungkin sebaiknya diperbanyak informasi tentang Ganefo itu sendiri.” ungkap Guruh ketika diwawancarai oleh tim berita ARKIPEL homoludens.
Di tengah pertarungan musik klasik dari video instalasi dan musik tari modern dari luar ruang pamer yang terdengar masuk melewati kaca ruang pameran, Guruh menambahkan,”Di sini lebih banyak seni visual ketimbang info mengenai Ganefo-nya. Padahal generasi muda harus betul-betul diperkenalkan tentang Ganefo. Banyak dari mereka yang tidak tahu apa itu Ganefo. “
Menutup kunjungannya pada pameran Kultursinema #5: Gelora Purnaraga, Guruh dan rombongan berfoto di depan panji-panji cabang olahraga Ganefo yang merupakan reproduksi dari arsip temuan tim Kultursinema.
Pameran Kultursinema #5: Gelora Purnaraga yang merupakan bagian dari ARKIPEL homoludens: the 6th Jakarta Documentary and Experimental Film Festival masih akan hadir di Galeri Cipta III, Taman Ismail Marzuki, hingga tanggal 15 Agustus 2018 untuk menampilkan karya-karya sinematik ala homoludens.

Passion of The Perfect Body: A Visit from Guruh Soekarnoputra
Saturday, 11 August 2018, Kultursinema Exhibition # 5: Passion of The Perfect Body gets a visit from Guruh Soekarnoputra. He is one of the figures in the world of Indonesian art and culture. He and his entourage seem to enjoy the Kultursinema exhibition in Galeri Cipta III, Taman Ismail Marzuki. They took some time to watch the video installation in the exhibition hall while occasionally mentioning the classical music titles played in the video.
This group of five people including Guruh Soekarnoputra then went up to the second floor where there are a zoetrope installation and musical boxes made by the team of Kultursinema #5. Unhesitantly, the group played the installations on that floor. When they arrived at the musical box, the group had time to ask about the song title in those three musical boxes and how to make it. Afrian Purnama who is one of the members of the Kultursinema #5 team answered by explaining the song title and how to make those instruments. Before the group returned to the base floor, a small hum of Ganefo’s song came from Guruh while he played the musical box.
“I think in terms of ideas, it’s good this exhibition presents this kind of thing. But since this exhibition takes Ganefo as its theme, it might be better to enrich the information about Ganefo itself, “Guruh said when the ARKIPEL homoludens news team interviewed him.
In the midst of the encounter between classical music from the video installation and modern dance music from the outside area of the exhibition room that was heard coming through the exhibition hall glass, Guruh added, “The exhibition here is more about visual art than the information about Ganefo. While actually, the young generation needs to be introduced well to Ganefo. Many of them don’t know what Ganefo is.”
At the end of his visit to the Kultursinema # 5 Exhibition: Passion of The Perfect Body, Guruh and the group took a photo in front of the flags of sports in Ganefo which was a reproduction from the archives found by Kultursinema team.
Kultursinema Exhibition # 5: Passion of The Perfect Body which is part of ARKIPEL homoludens – the 6th Jakarta Documentary and Experimental Film Festival will still be present at Galeri Cipta III, Taman Ismail Marzuki, until August 15, 2018, to present cinematic works a la homoludens.
